• Precision CNC laser cutting from 2mm cold rolled steel sheet.
• The product undergoes a phosphate process prior to powder coating in order to ensure complete adherence of the coating onto the surface. Salt spray test conducted to check for corrosion.
• Powder-coated for a premium finish.
• Injection molded rubber grommets and aluminium male nipple used as Plug and Play system, which also absorbs vibrations from the headlight assembly.
